  • Where is Nai based? Is it a UAE or Saudi brand?

    We are an Arabian brand. Our team is made up of members from many countries in the Arab World.

  • Once I open a bottle of iced tea… how long before it goes bad?

    Please make sure you refrigerate our teas once opened. Once that is done, we would recommend consuming within four days. 

  • You have a 24-month shelf life. Is your product made with preservatives?

    No, our teas are 100% natural with no added sugar & preservatives. Our method of sourcing quality ingredients, brewing, bottling and packaging is what allows us to have such a long shelf life. 

  • Why are you more expensive than other local iced tea brands?

    Our teas are made with the finest ingredients we can source. They are brewed using REAL tea leaves, just how you would make your tea at home! Most other iced tea brands do not use this method - they use tea extract/flavouring to provide you with a tea flavour. We are a much higher quality product & we use 100% real natural fruit juice.

  • Why can I see sediment in your teas?

    We brew our teas just as you would at home, so there can be cases where you see some tea leaves at the bottom of the bottle. 

  • What do you mean enjoy the tea hot… isn’t this an iced tea?

    Our teas taste great when heated! They are real brewed teas, so naturally they can be consumed hot. Restaurants and cafés can offer these hot teas as an added beverage option, especially during cold weather.

  • You mention that you and your products are Proudly Arabian. Please elaborate.

    Our products are proudly Arabian and pay tribute to popular recipes from our rich culinary tradition.
